News

Dear Dernier Friends,

I hope you are all well and the new term/season is going well for you and your family.

I hope our news will encourage you!

Next month we will be attending the first ever National Christian Grandparents Conference, in Milton Keynes! We are having a stand there with the books – do think about coming to the event, which sounds brilliant – and if you do, come and say hi – we’d love to meet you!

Stories and grandparents kind of go together, don’t you think? And grandparents are probably more aware than many of the incredible potential of Christian books to change young people’s lives, so we are looking forward to connecting.

Angel Tree Programme

Those of you who have been supporters for a while will know that we work with Prison Fellowship every year with their Angel Tree programme, which sends gifts and Christian books to prisoners’ children on behalf of the parent. This is all made possible by chaplains and volunteers. The prisoners themselves need to tick a box if they want their child to receive a Christian book along with a gift, and most do – even those from other religions.

This year Angel Tree have chosen 10 of our titles, so please do pray for the children who will be receiving these lovely, life-changing books.

Thank you!

We very much appreciate all your support and prayers. If there’s anything you need help with, or if you have any comments or queries, advice or anything at all you’d like to contact us about, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. We are here to help you get the good news into the hands of the young people in your heart – your family, church and community.

Every blessing,

Janet

P.S. I almost forget to add our Back to School offer! 3 copies of Suspicious Deliveries for the price of 2 – click here for details. And of course, you can get all our books from your local Christian bookshop. 🙂

We can learn so much from stories!
